- Shipping Time: Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to remote areas, customs inspection or unexpected logistics issues.
- Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping is available for orders over the specified amount. Shipping charges for orders below the threshold will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
- Tracking Information: Once your parcel ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package status online anytime.
- Customs & Duties: Import taxes, customs duties or related local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs rules before purchase.
