- How do I choose the correct size?: Please refer to our size chart below each product description. Measure your bust, waist, hip and length before ordering. If you are between two sizes, we suggest picking the larger one for a loose fit. Feel free to email us for size advice.
- Why does the received color look a little different from the picture?: All photos are taken in natural light. Slight color deviation is normal because of different mobile or computer screen settings, which is not a quality defect.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?: Address modification is allowed only before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- My tracking shows delivered but I have not received the package.: Please check with neighbors, building reception or local courier station first. Then contact us, we will help you check with the logistics provider.
- Can I return sale items?: Most clearance sale items are final sale and non-returnable. The notice will be marked clearly on the product page.
